After the Lynch-meets-Freaks electro-House of «Are You Sure You Want To Know Me?» QUIZZ and EL NIGNO team up again on the new track « The Monster Is In Town ». The original mix comes with the two winning remixes of the remix competition organised with I-DJ (UK).
Toby Tobias – who came first- already made a name for himself with great electro-disco tinged tracks and remixes on such labels as Bearfunk, Hi-Phen and Rekid.
Philippe Autuori is an up and coming DJ and producer from Montpellier with tracks to be released soon on Poker Flat and Battle.

After Parisian duet Quizz & El Nigno, we’re back in Scandinavia with talented producer and multi instrumentalist Mikael Nordgren aka Tiger Stripes !
Based in Stockholm, Mikael has been releasing cutting-edge dance music on prominent labels such as Wave, Ibadan, King Street, Slip´n´Slide and Raw Fusion for quite a while now.
As Slippery People, Mikael worked with the legendary Leroy Burgess and New Jersey diva Adeva, recording the storming garage monster of 'Wish I Never Knew' with them. Mikael then released three eps on Francois K’s Wave label under the D´Malicious moniker ; inspired by the soulful techno sound of Detroit´s finest, the seminal 'Dark Tradition EP', Loup Garou EP' and 'Alive/The Last Song on Earth' were immediately supported by a wide variety of DJs worldwide, including Laurent Garnier, Carl Craig, and Derrick May.
Under his Tiger Stripes alias Mikael produced the successful "Stockholm - Go Bang" EP with Jerome Sydenham for Ibadan and remixed such prominent artists as Blaze, Koop, King Britt, DJ Grégory and Marcus Enochson.
His BUG ON A BEACH EP on DIALECT is another powerful combination of tracks showing his eclectic musical horizon and the extent of his talent.

Following the amazing clash of styles of round 1, here’s the long awaited remixes EP at last !
Actually there’s only one.
Not that we’re trying to tease you by releasing them one by one ; it’s just that when we said “time’s up!” Lindstrom’s remix was still missing. And since Riton’s remix is ace we decided to release it as a one–side twelve.
Henry kept all the cool voices and vintage synth sounds but he turned the original into a driving dancefloor groover for dark and sweaty clubs.
Simply marvellous….

Let us introduce you to a new member of the Dialect family : Chin Chin from NY City. We discovered them on Myspace. As soon as we heard their music, we were hooked on their sound. Chin Chin was originally intended to improvise back-up music for singers and MC's at a monthly party in Brooklyn. Realizing a greater potential, brothersTorbitt and Wilder Schwartz and Jeremy Wilms started writing music. With songs in place, they began recruiting musicians from the fertile Williamsburg scene.
Combining elements of jazz, funk, disco, contemporary R&B, rock, and electro, with smart lyrics, powerful horn arrangements, great showmanship, and a taste for partying, Chin Chin have synthesized the quintessential elements of such dance floor heroes as Brass Construction, Ohio Players, and Roger Troutman, while presenting something decidedly new. Those of you who are familiar with Plantlife and/or Hot Chip will get the picture at once
In New York as well as Europe they have shared the stage with TV On The Radio, Antibalas afro beat ensemble, Gogol Bordello, Sufjan Stevens, Lily Allen, ESG, Sharon Jones and The Dap Kings, Theo Parrish, DJ Spinna, Doctor Dog, the Rogers Sisters, and VHS or Beta.
